I came across Orb Windows as it was a local business, which is important to me. The reviews were good so I reached out to Nicky and Stuart, a husband and wife work duo. Nicky was my main point of contact and was really efficient and helpful. After my initial enquiry, they asked for some details of the window dimensions. This enabled them to give me an outline quote, which I received the following day. All of my questions were answered and so I proceeded with booking them in. Nicky and Stuart came round to take firm measurements and I was assured at this point that I'd made a good decision to book them. I work in facilities management, so I tend to have a good feeling for how a contractor is going to be. My gut instinct was right. Nicky and Stuart came and did an excellent job replacing 9 glazed units that had blown. Two required access into the neighbour's garden. Nicky and Stuart were polite to our neighbours and worked around them. When it came to being in the house, they wore boot covers and were extremely respectful of being in the house. The work they carried out was great and was carried out with professionalism. I would not hesitate recommending Nicky and Stuart. I will be using them again when the other windows blow/fail.

The quote arrived swiftly by email and was very reasonable. Nicky & Stuart then visited to complete final measurements before ordering the panes, with no change to initial quote price. Both were helpful and professional throughout, ensuring I felt listened to and guided me through not only what they would be providing, but setting out clear time expectations for manufacture of panes and fitting. On the day of installation, arrival was prompt, fitting was done to a high standard and all panes and surrounds cleaned, with no mess left. Since installation, no issues at all and very pleased. In addition to being excellent at what they do, Nicky and Stuart are genuinely lovely people. I would definitely use ORB Windows again and highly recommend to all.

I called this company in desperation after being let down several times by other window companies and they offered me a definite date and time that they kept to. They spent time going over the house checking every window and actually reduced the number of windows I had said needed repairing and actually sprayed the hinges on my French doors because that was all that needed doing, I’ve never experienced that level of service before! June/July 2020 Droitwich, Worcs., I received a very competitive quote for two damaged units, and a door panel replacement. These repairs were carried out very efficiently, observing all the recommended social distancing regulations. Following the repairs, everything cleaned up, and all waste was removed. I was so pleased with the overall service, I used them again to fit opaque glass to a couple of overlooked windows. An all round excellent service, with a very friendly personal touch. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing glazed unit replacements.
